The Collective

A growing collective of experts closing the gap.

More and more transformation experts recognise The Human Gap in the programmes they lead and advise. The Collective brings them together, each in their own right, to help organisations close it.

The Collective, transformation experts working together

The people

The founding members.

Different backgrounds, their own businesses, and the same drive to close the gap.

Lisa Woodall

Lisa Woodall

Founder, The Human Gap

Lisa created The Human Gap and The Five Human Lenses of Transformation™ after 25+ years leading transformation from the inside, from IBM and Zurich Insurance to Chief Enterprise Architect at Ordnance Survey and Global Head of Discovery and Design at WPP. She built the lenses to give leaders language for the human realities that decide whether change actually delivers.

Simon Payne

Simon Payne

Founder, Be More Punk

Simon has spent 20+ years in learning, leadership and organisational development. He helps leadership teams find what’s really going on beneath the surface: the misalignment, the avoidance and the conversations that aren’t happening. Commercial in how he thinks and human in how he works, he then helps them fix it properly.

Deen Balogun

Deen Balogun

Founder, CWC Consulting

Deen has spent 30+ years where transformation value leaks: between enterprise architecture, which shows how an organisation should work, and organisational psychology, which shows how it actually will. He founded CWC Consulting on courage, wisdom and compassion, so that what gets designed is what gets adopted.

The partnerships

What each partnership brings.

The Human Gap helps you see and name the gap. Our partners help you talk about it openly and close it for good.
